Syncoded is a digital agency specialising in web design, software development, SEO and maintenance, and we are committed to protecting your privacy and processing your data transparently, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

The technical data we collect automatically
When you visit the website, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including browser information, IP address, time zone and cookies installed on your device. In addition, as you browse the site, we collect information about the pages you view, the websites or search terms that brought you here and how you interact with the site. Who we disclose your personal data to

- Right to object - you can object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing
- Right to withdraw consent - at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal

- If you consider that your rights have been breached, you can lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority in your country.
Data retention period
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for: data submitted through the contact form - maximum 3 years from the last interaction; contractual data and accounting documents - for the period required by tax law (usually 10 years); traffic analytics data - maximum 26 months; data processed on the basis of consent - until it is withdrawn. Once these periods expire, the data is deleted or anonymised.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted communication over HTTPS/TLS, access restricted on a need-to-know basis, periodic backups and regular assessment of our providers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; in the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify the supervisory authority and, where applicable, inform you under art. 33-34 GDPR.

Please note that we do not change our data collection practices when we detect a "Do Not Track" signal from your browser.
Minori
Our website is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data about minors.

We may periodically update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The current version, together with the date of the last update, is permanently published on this page.
