Simple and transparent: usually 50% upfront on signing the contract and 50% on delivery. For large projects we split the payment into stages, so you pay as you see results. We issue an invoice for every payment.

The price includes everything needed to build the website: custom design, development, basic SEO, mobile adaptation, admin training and launch support. There are no hidden costs - everything you pay for is written down in the quote.

The only mandatory recurring costs are hosting and the domain (usually €60-100 a year, paid directly to the provider). Maintenance from us is optional - you choose it only if you want us to handle updates, backups and changes.

Yes, we issue an invoice for all services, whether you are an individual or a company. The collaboration is based on a contract that clearly states deliverables, deadlines and price.

You pay only for the work completed up to that point, and you receive everything produced so far. We do not tie anyone into long-term contracts against their will.

The website is entirely yours: you receive all access credentials and can manage it as you wish. In the first month after launch we fix any issue free of charge, and if you want us to keep looking after the site, you can choose a maintenance plan.

Yes. Our maintenance plans include security updates, regular backups, monitoring and content changes. You can also go without a plan - you contact us whenever you need something.

You write to us and we handle it. Errors caused by our work are fixed free of charge, and for anything else - site down, malware, errors after updates - we intervene quickly through the repair service, usually the same day.

Of course. The website can grow with your business: new pages, extra features, integrations, or even an online store added on top of the brochure site. We give you an estimate for every request and you only go ahead if it looks fair.

Clients on a maintenance plan get priority, usually within a few hours during working hours. For one-off requests, we reply within one working day at most with a solution or a time estimate.

Yes. Once the project is paid in full, the code, the design and all the content are yours. You receive full access and documentation, with no strings attached.
